2 | teaspoons | honey | |

1/8 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |

1/2 | teaspoon | sesame oil | |

1/2 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |

1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |

1 | green onion, sliced | ||

2 | teaspoons | toasted sesame seeds | |
|
Pat fish dry. Brush both sides with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook fish in hot butter for 4-6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once during cooking. Transfer to dinner plates and keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine water, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, remaining lemon juice and pepper. Pour into skillet and heat through, scraping browned bits from bottom of skillet.
Pour over fish on serving plates; sprinkle each with sesame seeds and green onions.
